Simato (simato.ru), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mukhamedeev R.A., TIN 740704342750, is a digital solutions service that provides informational services for the sale of digital activation keys (QR codes) for mobile internet access through partner operator networks in over 190 countries worldwide.

3. Registration and Account

To use certain features of our service, you need to create an account:

• You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms

4. Purchase and Use of Digital Keys

When purchasing a digital activation key through our service:

• Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) or Russian rubles (RUB) depending on the selected payment method
• The digital key (QR code) is delivered after successful payment
• The activation QR code is sent to the specified email address within 1-2 minutes
• The validity period begins from the moment of first profile activation on the device
• Unused data does not carry over to the next period
• Your device must support eSIM technology
• Connectivity services are provided by partner operators, not by our company

5. Payments and Refunds

We accept payments through the following payment systems:

• SBP (Fast Payment System) — payments in Russian rubles via QR code
• PayMaster — Visa, Mastercard, MIR bank cards in Russian rubles
• Stripe — international bank cards
• Cryptomus — cryptocurrencies

6. Usage Restrictions

When using our service, the following is prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Sending mass spam
• Reselling eSIM without our written permission
• Purchasing eSIM for use in the Russian Federation — such tariffs are excluded from the catalog and blocked technically

8. Limitation of Liability

Simato.ru is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses associated with the use of the service
• Service interruption due to maintenance or force majeure

We provide only informational services for the sale of digital access keys. Telecommunications services are provided directly by partner telecom operators.

All materials on the Simato website (simato.ru), including design, logos, text, and software, are the property of the website administration and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
